REFUND POLICY

We offer full refunds on consulting services and strategy sessions that have been scheduled and not taken place as long as we are notified via email or phone within 15-minutes of the scheduled start time of theconsulting service or strategy session. We can be notified:

If we are not notified via email or phone within 15-minutes of the scheduled start time for consulting services or strategy sessions, no refund will be granted. You can always reschedule consulting services or strategy sessions prior to 15-minutes before the scheduled start to avoid the need for a refund at all.

We offer full refunds within the first 30 days of purchase on the subscription component of any of the products or services listed on our website under the “PRICING” tab. If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

There are absolutely no refunds of any kind on any one-time fees associated with onboarding or setup of any products or services listed on our website under the “PRICING” tab.

To be eligible for a refund on the subscription component of any of the products or services listed on our website under the “PRICING” tab within 30 days of the purchase, the non-subscription portion of the product or service must be paid in full. For example, if you have chosen to purchase a product or service on our website under the “PRICING” tab with a split pay option for a setup fee of 3 installments 30 days apart, and you have not made all 3 installments, we cannot offer you a refund on the subscription component of that product or service.

To submit a refund request on the subscription component of any of the products or services listed on our website under the “PRICING” tab, we require you to notify us of your request within 30 days of the purchase of the product or service via email at reachus@jkellc.com.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your request for a refund on the subscription component of any of the products or services listed on our website under the “PRICING” tab is received via email at reachus@jkellc.com, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or a payment method that we have on file for your account within a certain amount of days.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received a refund after an approval notification from us, first check your bank statement.

Next, contact your credit card company if the refund is not showing on your bank statement. It may take some time before your refund posts to your account.

Shipping

We currently offer no products that need to be shipped. If and when we do offer any physical products and you need to return your product, you should mail your product to:

Cancellation Policy
