This establishes your account within the secure portal at ERTC Express, LLC.


You should receive your 100% FREE estimate relatively quickly based on the industry type and W-2 counts you entered into the Business Information section. 


Once you see the estimate, you have the option to book a call with a specialist at ERTC Express, LLC using the calendar on the screen. You could also choose to continue with the application by clicking on the words at the bottom of the screen that say "CONTINUE WITH MY APPLICATION."


Expect an email from the @ertcexpress.com address to be in your inbox shortly after you submit your 11 fields of Business Information previously mentioned. If you do not see it after 10 minutes, check your spam folder. If it is in your spam folder, move it to your primary inbox and be sure to whitelist that email address. If you do not see the email at all, contact us.


The email will contain specifics on the documents needed along with your application in order to have your ERTC calculations done at no upfront cost to you. 


In order to have a Certified Public Account (CPA) team of verified ERTC Experts calculate the exact amount your business entity should receive, your application must be complete and all necessary documents uploaded to their secure portal.


ERTC Express, LLC can answer any questions you may have about the contents of the email, the application, the documents needed, or the Employee Retention Tax Credit.

You should also receive a Welcome Call from ERTC Express, LLC within 24 business hours of submitting your Business Information. This assumes your Business Information is sent during normal business hours Monday - Friday.


If you submit your Business Information during the weekend, it will take longer for ERTC Express, LLC to call you back. Especially if your Business Information is obtained on a weekend preceded by or followed by a holiday.


Both the email and Welcome Call from ERTC Express, LLC are very important. Please be sure to answer your phone and read all emails you receive from the @ertcexpress.com address. This helps get your completed file to the CPA team as soon as possible.


Once your completed application, signed service agreement, and all necessary documents are uploaded to the secure portal and validated by ERTC Express, LLC, their CPA team will begin the tedious and complex calculations to determine the exact tax credit amount due to your business entity.


All calculations are done by US-based & licensed Certified Public Accountants. No automated software is used.


Additionally, ERTC Express, LLC uses "The Power Of 3" Method™ to ensure the ultimate accuracy of your Employee Retention Tax Credit calculations.
